One-shot installers

Every setup ends in a single copy-paste bash script. Manuals explain; scripts do.

VPS-first Docker

Everything containerised. New services join existing infrastructure. Never expose a port without auth.

Automation by default

If it runs more than once, it runs on a schedule. n8n workflows, Telegram alerts, daily health checks.

The Story

Fifteen years of finding the kit

~2010

TWYN started as a kit search engine. You typed "I'm going camping" — and got the complete kit: everything you needed, curated, nothing missing. The idea that never died.

2015

Founded TWYN as a web development service. Built sites, learned the stack, found the patterns.

2018

Pivoted to automation and workflow optimisation. n8n became the backbone. The kit idea found its medium.

2021

Embraced AI tools and vibe coding. FreeLLMAPI, llmfit, turbovec — the stack expanded.

2025

The Keep HQ launched. TrueLine in development. TWYN became a stack factory — preloaded laptops, downloadable kits, BYOD installs.

Now

A customer arrives with a need. TWYN hands them the complete kit. That's What You Need.
