By accessing and using TWYN (the Platform), operated by Fabian Brown trading as TWYN, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

TWYN provides the following services:

• AI-powered content generation tools (logos, social media posts, thumbnails, etc.)
• n8n automation workflows and templates
• Educational courses and resources
• Website building tools and services
• AI chat assistant for automation support
• Custom design and development services

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete registration information
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription Plans & Payments

We offer the following subscription tiers:

• Free: Limited access to platform features
• Basic (€19/month): Full access to automation library and courses
• Pro (€49/month): All features including AI tools, site builder, and priority support

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings.

5. Credits System

Certain features require credits to use. Credits can be purchased separately or are included with subscription plans. Credits are non-refundable and expire 12 months from purchase date. Unused credits do not roll over between billing periods unless otherwise specified.

6. Intellectual Property

Our Content: All platform content, including but not limited to software, designs, text, graphics, and logos, is owned by TWYN and protected by intellectual property laws.

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you create using our tools. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content as necessary to provide the services.

7. AI-Generated Content

Content generated using our AI tools is provided as-is. While we strive for quality, we do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be free from errors, appropriate for all purposes, or not infringe third-party rights. You are responsible for reviewing and using AI-generated content appropriately.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any illegal purpose
• Generate content that is harmful, offensive, or infringes on others rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Resell or redistribute our services without permission
• Use automated systems to access the platform without our consent
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the platform

9. Refund Policy

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, if you are unsatisfied with our services, please contact us within 14 days of your initial purchase, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Custom design services may have separate refund terms as specified in individual project agreements.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TWYN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the platform.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. You may also terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ireland.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
